Paola Gutierrez is a consulting analyst for Accenture. She graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Texas A&M in 2017. Prior to starting at Accenture, she was Vice President of Texas A&M’S IISE chapter and she interned with Schlumberger, ExxonMobil and Hess Corporation. In her free time she enjoys learning to play the guitar and loves movies, exercising, racing, and playing auntie!

with Rick Wilkinson
Rick Wilkinson, a Texas A&M Industrial Engineering graduate and Senior Supply Chain leader, has a strong record of delivering P&L results and building strategic operating capabilities and efficiencies across specialty, grocery, and general merchandise retail distribution, direct-to-consumer e-commerce and catalog fulfillment, and store operations channels. He also has extensive experience as an operations leader, internal and external supply chain consultant, team builder, and mentor, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional results.

Organization Leadership
with Victoria Scott
(Work life balance, Corporate Politics, Professional Presence)
Victoria Scott was a Texas A&M Industrial Engineering graduate and served as the president of IISE during her time in college. She restructured the chapter and developed a sustainable Operations Plan. She also Grew chapter membership 35%, 197 to 302 paid members. She is now working for Ecolab on the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program.
